Tune in for Tai Chi Thursday

Tai Chi can help increase your energy and your sense of well-being, and that is important in this day of COVID-19. To keep you safe and healthy, we are offering online Tai Chi classes you can take at home.

Join us every Thursday for a Tai Chi class focusing on health topics such as cognitive health, improving the immune system, releasing unwanted emotions, physical balance for fall prevention, and more. The classes are held every Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. on the AARP Texas Facebook page. You can also access them on the AARP Texas YouTube channel. The classes run through July 2. See you then.
