AARP Arkansas worked with state legislators and the Governor this year to make more money available for family caregivers who rely on home and community services like:
• Home care
• Adult day care
• Personal care, such as help with bathing and dressing
• Transportation
Family caregivers in Arkansas need all the help they can get to help loved ones remain at home and in the community—where they want to be. That’s why AARP Arkansas is committed to ensuring that more older residents have access to these critical services.
