In honor of AARP's founder, Dr. Ethel Percy Andrus, AARP Colorado is now accepting nominees for its 2023 Andrus Award for community service. This award honors Coloradans, aged 50-plus, who enrich the lives of their community members with their talent and skills.

In addition to the Andrus Award, AARP Colorado is accepting nominations for 2023 AARP Community Partner, Lifetime Achievement, Legislative Volunteer, and Volunteer of the Year. Click here to submit your nomination.

“AARP Colorado is excited to honor those in Colorado who are using their skills and passion to make a difference in their community,” said AARP Colorado State Director Sara Schueneman.

Nominations will be evaluated by AARP Colorado based on how the volunteer’s work has improved the community, reflected AARP’s vision and mission, and inspired other volunteers.
