While there currently is no prevention or cure for Alzheimer’s, a disease that affects 6.2 million Americans and 76,000 Coloradans, researchers are offering tips on lifestyle steps that each of us can take that should reduce our risk of developing the sixth-leading cause of death.

The Alzheimer’s Association is offering a free virtual webinar in July to provide participants with the latest research on diet, nutrition, exercise and other tools they can incorporate into their plan for healthy aging. The webinar will be offered twice during the month: 1 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, and 9:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 14.
