Sweepstake Rules for Pueblo

SWEEPSTAKES RULES

1. To Enter: Complete the registration card - official entry form - and drop your form at the AARP Booth in the Senior Resource Development Agency Pueblo Inc. located at _230 N Union Ave, Pueblo, CO 81003 (the “Event”). Sweepstakes starts on or about 10:00 a.m. MST on December 3, 2013 and ends at 2:00 p.m. MST on December 12, 2013. Entries must be received by no later than 2:00 p.m. MST on December 12, 2013. One entry per person. The official entry form can be found at the AARP Booth. AARP is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect entries. Entries become the property of AARP and none will be returned and will be governed by its privacy policy.

2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to individuals 45 years of age or older, who are legal U.S. residents, and attended the Event. Event exhibitors and employees, directors of AARP and their respective parent and affiliated companies, advertising and promotions agencies and the immediate family members and members of the same household of those employees and directors are not eligible.

3. Prizes: One Grand Prize: A seventy-five dollar ($75) Visa Gift Card.

4. Drawing and Awarding of Prizes: The Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 2:30 p.m. MT on December 12, 2013 from all eligible entries. Drawing and awarding of prizes will be conducted by AARP whose decision on all matters relating to this sweepstakes is final. Potential winners do not have to be present to win. Prize winner will be notified by phone, mail or email following the drawing and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Public Release (where permitted by law) by return prepaid overnight delivery within five (5) days of the date of notification. Failure to respond within the required time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of alternative winner. By participating and accepting a prize, each winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AARP, participating wholesalers, retailers and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies for any injuries, damages or losses which may be sustained in connection with participation in this sweepstakes and ownership, use or misuse of the prize. If a prize or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner. Taxes on the prize and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Odds: The actual odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries received.

6. Names of Winners: For the names of winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to AARP Colorado, 303 E 17th Ave, Suite 510, Denver, CO 80203for receipt by February 1, 2014.
