Enjoy AARP Connecticut’s “Tennis Two Ways”

AARP Connecticut is cooking up a summer special called “Tennis Two Ways” for this year’s Connecticut Open Presented by United Technologies Women’s Tennis Association event at the Connecticut Tennis Center at Yale in New Haven.

One, AARP members receive 30 percent off the price of 6 adult stadium box seat tickets to the tournament on August 22 as part of AARP Day at the Connecticut Open. To take advantage of the offer - which applies to day and evening sessions - members must show their AARP card at the onsite box office, by phone at 855-464-8366 and reference the AARP Member offer, or enter code CO16 when buying tickets online.

Two, AARP Connecticut is serving up a hands-on experience at the event from August 19-27 with volunteer opportunities. Tournament volunteers, who—after attending orientation—will transport players, serve as ushers, help in the media center and handle other duties. Volunteers receive six free tickets, meal vouchers for themselves and other benefits.

AARP’s local offers help save you money and connect you with people and places in your community while supporting local, nonprofit educational and cultural venues. Visit AARP Connecticut for all current offers, additions and restrictions.
