New AARP caregiving data released today, Caregiving in the U.S. 2025: Caring Across States[ZI1] , finds that 24% of adults in Delaware — approximately 197,000 people — are family caregivers, providing largely unpaid and unsupported care to older parents, spouses, and other loved ones.

AARP Delaware and the Bear Glasgow YMCA are teaming up to bring you fitness, food, friends and fun. The event will feature an exciting line-up of entertainment, family activities, music, refreshments, awards and giveaways. Enjoy juggling, face painting and balloon twisting. All are encouraged to wear a favorite costume and win a prize if you win "best costume."
