AARP Indiana recently conducted two separate tele-town halls with both major party candidates for U.S. Senate. Senator Joe Donnelly participated on September 10, and Mike Braun participated on September 12. The forums were a part of AARP’s “Be the Difference. Vote” campaign.
On September 11th, AARP Indiana volunteers took part in meaningful activities throughout the communities of Fishers, Gary, Fort Wayne, and Evansville. Whether it was volunteering at a local food bank or helping to harvest produce to help combat food insecurity, volunteers showed that AARP Cares.
