Community Conversation on Louisville Metro Land Development Code Reforms

WHO: Jefferson County residents are invited to a live and interactive Community Conversation (via Zoom) to answer residents’ questions on proposed reforms to the Louisville Land Development Code (LDC). Registration is required.

WHAT: Special guests from Metropolitan Housing Coalition, Louisville Affordable Housing Trust Fund, Louisville League of Women Voters, and AARP Kentucky will take residents’ questions and discuss more on Louisville’s Land Development Code.

WHERE: A virtual community conversation event via Zoom. Register online at aarp.org/Louisville. Participants receive the Zoom link invite with completed registration.

WHEN: Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. EST.

WHY: Louisville Metro Government is continuing its process of updating the Land Development Code (LDC) to create more affordable housing options, including Accessory Dwelling Units, across Jefferson County. Public input is needed to inform the process and answering questions on the new Louisville Metro Office of Planning & Design  Phase One - Recommendations (PDF).
