Scam Jam
If you can spot a scam, you can stop a scam. Join Phil and Pam each month for fraud prevention tips that stop scammers in their tracks.
Through two weekly programs, a meditation moment and morning yoga, we hope to give you the (virtual) space to center your mind and body so that you’re ready to tackle everything life throws your way. 
A core tenet of AARP is the belief that volunteer service is one of the most important and valuable contributions a person can make to their community. AARP Maine’s Executive Council is a group of volunteer leaders from Maine’s communities who hold that same core value.
