AARP Eye Center
AARP in Kansas City is working with the Midwest Genealogy Center to teach people how to discover their family roots.
Participants who take the free class will learn the fundamentals of beginning a genealogical research project, including organization and how to search census information, vital records and other public data.
The class will take place Saturday, April 27, at 10:30 a.m., at the Midwest Genealogy Center, 3440 S. Lee’s Summit Road, in Independence.
