Moving with Val - Weekly Fitness Online Program with the 50+ in Mind

As part of The Good Life with AARP series, AARP Missouri is pleased to share with you an exciting new fitness series called Moving It!

Moving with Val is part of the Moving It! series is recently concluded twelve week strength-based training program with Coach Val Skinner which included cardio, dance, yoga, and Pilates with information on nutrition and relaxation.
