Senior Scam Protection Workshops Offered by NCSB in Vegas, Boulder City & Carson City

The Nevada State Contactors Board (NSCB), in partnership with state legislators and state agency representatives, is hosting four Senior Awareness Programs in Las Vegas, Boulder City, and Carson City in the next month. The events are free of charge and will highlight a variety of scams that target seniors, help seniors identify the warning signs provide tips and tools to help seniors protect themselves, as well as offering resource information on where to report incidents of abuse. Light refreshments will be made available.

The Senior Awareness Program is a statewide program being implemented by NSCB. It is the intent of NSCB to hold this forum in every legislative district throughout the State of Nevada in the coming year.
