Join Us For Free, Virtual Fitness Workout and Chair Yoga Classes!

Take simple, but meaningful, steps to support your well-being and learn about AARP NJ available resources that support healthy living. Join us for a Free, Virtual Fitness Workout Class on Wednesday, May 15 at 12 p.m. ET and a Free, Virtual Chair Yoga Class on Wednesday May 15 at 6 p.m. ET.

In our fitness workout class, an instructor will lead you through a variety of exercises, including seated and standing options. The benefits of this practice include improving balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance.

In our chair yoga class, a yoga instructor will lead you through postures while using a chair for support. The benefits of this practice include increased balance, flexibility, strength, and reduced stress.

Once you register, you will be sent a confirmation email with sign in details and a link to join the online Zoom meeting. Registration is required and space is limited, so please register today!


For this virtual class, you will need internet access. Please remember to have water and comfortable clothing that is conducive to movement. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
