AARP NJ is helping you take simple, but meaningful, steps to support your well-being — and develop good habits for the future. Join us for FREE, virtual tai chi or chair yoga and connect with us and get active in the comfort of your own home.
Join us on Wednesday, June 15 for virtual tai chi at 8 a.m. or 12 p.m. or chair yoga at 6 p.m. ET. Once you register, you will be sent a confirmation email with a Zoom link to join.

Tai Chi - Morning

In this one-hour, virtual class, a tai chi instructor will lead you through movements that emphasize balance, strength, flexibility, posture, inner peace and aim to reduce stress. You will be guided through basic Tai Chi movements that you can practice on your own. You’ll also learn more about AARP New Jersey and resources that support healthy living.
