Get active and have fun while staying in the comfort of your home! AARP NJ is offering a series of FREE, virtual workout classes.
On Wednesday, August 12 at 10 a.m., join us for a virtual tai chi class. The instructor will lead participants through movements that emphasize balance, strength and flexibility.
On Wednesday, August 12 at 6 p.m., join us for a virtual gentle chair yoga class. A yoga instructor will lead participants through postures while using a chair for support.
