AARP NJ is helping you take simple, but meaningful, steps to support your mental well-being — and develop good habits for the future.
In this month’s healthy living classes, you’ll have the opportunity to get active in the comfort of your home, while also learning about ways to support brain health.
Join us on Wednesday, May 25 for virtual Zumba at 12 p.m. or chair yoga at 6 p.m. ET.
Once you register, you will be sent a confirmation email with a Zoom link to join.

Zumba Gold

A Zumba Gold instructor will lead you through a low impact, modified version of the wildly popular, Latin-inspired Zumba Dance Fitness workout. Participants will have fun moving to international and Latino rhythms while standing or following moves from their chair. Dance experience is not required. The moves in class are broken down in a slow and manageable manner, and choreography focuses on improving range of motion, coordination and balance. You’ll also learn more about AARP New Jersey and resources that support healthy living.
Chair Yoga
