Virtual Fitness Workout Class - 12 p.m.
In our fitness workout class, an instructor will lead you through a variety of workout exercises, including seated and standing options. The benefits of this practice include improving balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance.
Virtual Bone Strengthening Class - 6 p.m.
In this bone-strengthening workout class, American Council on Exercise (ACE)-certified instructor Mitch Menik will guide you through dynamic standing, stretching and chair exercises, performed with or without weights, that are designed to mildly stress the body. The benefits of this practice promote an increase in bone density, protect against osteoporosis and help strengthen the muscles that support the skeletal structure improving balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance.
For these virtual classes, you will need internet access. Please remember to have water and comfortable clothing that is conducive to movement. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

This waiver of liability shall cover your participation in the Program for all of the 2025 calendar year and that you are physically capable of participating in the Program.
