In a state whose legislative session is only 45 days, AARP stands ready to score some wins for state residents 50-plus when lawmakers meet beginning Jan. 23. AARP Utah’s legislative priorities for 2017 include retirement security, support for family caregivers and access to affordable health care.

Join our free interactive workshop, Job Search in the Digital Age, to discover the best websites and apps that can connect you to job resources. You'll also receive tips on how to network online and get noticed by hiring managers.

AARP Foundation is looking to expand its team of volunteers for the upcoming tax season by recruiting interested individuals. Tax-Aide is an AARP Foundation program that offers free tax filing help for those who need it most, especially adults 50 and older, during the tax season.

Are you a caregiver who'd like to find out about local resources or learn how to build a support network? Do you have a smart phone but don't feel too smart using it? Are you looking for a job but don't know how to use all the online tools available to make the search easier? AARP has some workshops for you!

All of them are free to the public--AARP membership is not required!

Great news! AARP launched a new job search tool powered by Simply Hired to help the 50+ navigate the cluttered job market. The tool will help you narrow down your search by title, company, work preference (full or part-time), skill, education and experience.
