With the primary election coming up on Tuesday, May 14, AARP West Virginia is urging residents to visit the secretary of state’s website (govotewv.com) to check their registration status and find other election resources.
Among the primary contests on the ballot are U.S. president, U.S. senator (1 seat), U.S. House members, governor, state attorney general and other top posts. The deadline to register for the primary is Tuesday, April 23.
