Do you know how your state legislators voted in the 2015 session on key issues that affect Floridians 50-plus?

AARP Florida’s 2015 voting record report contains detailed, vote-by-vote information on assisted living facility reform, guardianship proceedings, utilities regulation, and other important issues.

“To hold your state House or Senate members accountable, you need to know how they voted on key issues. AARP Florida offers its legislative voting record to make it easier for you to learn how your legislators voted,” said AARP Florida’s state director, Jeff Johnson.

Prior to the 2015 regular session, AARP Florida advised legislators that it would publish a final report on voting records for bills identified as having special significance for our members and Floridians 50-plus.

When a bill was selected for vote recording and was placed on an agenda to be heard, AARP Florida notified legislators that it would track the members’ votes at every stage of the legislative process.

The full version of the 2015 voting record can be found here: www.aarp.org/flvotingrecord2015.

AARP Florida will share the legislative voting record with its hundreds of thousands of Florida members who are e-activists.
