AARP Members Can Enjoy a Family Night At the Ballpark With Discounted Peoria Chiefs Tickets

AARP Illinois members are getting exclusive discounts for the Sunday, July 26, 2015, Peoria Chiefs game and can share the experience with their grandkids!

Grand Slam with the Grandkids is offering members and their grandkids with a number of opportunities to end the week with a bang! Members are able to gain early, VIP admission to the game at 5:30 pm. The first 500 members and grandkids will receive an AARP baseball they can use when playing catch on the field before the game starts or when getting player autographs. Those in attendance can wrap up the night with the post-game firework display.

Grand Slam with the Grandkids isn’t only an occasion to share a fun-filled evening with family, but members have the chance to get a free health screening from UnityPoint Health Methodist | Proctor Wellmobile throughout the evening. Members will also have the opportunity to get to know AARP Illinois and learn about what we’re doing to ignite the power of AARP in Peoria and surrounding communities.

Tickets, which have been reduced to $7 for adults and $5 for kids (12 and under,) can be purchased at the gate with an AARP card or in advance at www.peoriachiefs.com using discount code: GRANDKIDS. Free kid meals will also be provided with the purchase of a kids’ ticket.  The July 26 game will start at 6:30pm.
