Pamela successfully completed the demanding requirements to receive a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor certification through the College of Financial Planning and she holds a Behavioral Financial Advisor designation.

10:45 a.m. Moving Toward Well-Being
Explore ways to increase your well-being by practicing gentle stretches and movements from yoga and qigong (similar to tai chi). No special clothing or equipment is needed for this relaxing and energizing session.

Julia Morelli has been teaching yoga, qigong, stress-management, and mindfulness practices for 30 years. Her work at George Mason University (Mason) and her consulting practice focus on the connection between the mind, body, and conflict. She is grateful to her many teachers, including an abused horse. Recently, she became a Senior Fellow with Mason’s Center for the Advancement of Well-Being.
