Age-Friendly Health Expo

When: Saturday, May 12th | 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Where: Senior Center and Central Park (Lake Elizabeth) | 40086 Paseo Padre Parkway, Fremont, CA

What: Resources for adults 50+ years and their families, including health and dental screenings, advance directives, local, state and federal agencies, local businesses serving seniors, Medi-Cal, Medicare and insurance counseling, U.S. veteran services and more! For more information click HERE.
