Join the festivities by participating in our virtual events, including a conversation about achieving optimal wellness, two exercise and stretching workshops and the first-ever Black Men’s Brain Health Conference, and much more!

Soul Steppers –Tuesday, February 8 at 6 am
We’re kicking off Black History Month with the LA Soul Steppers! Join us for a virtual workout that begins and ends with stretching. Remember to use your step counters (individual counters or smart phone) at the beginning of the session. Register HERE.
Step Up, Step Out & Soul Step – Tuesday, February 8 at 9 am
After a full-body workout with Erich ‘Coach E’ Nall and the Soul Steppers, grab a cup of coffee and join us for a virtual chat about optimal wellness. Coach E will walk us through steps to reach physical, mental and social well-being. Register HERE.
Black Men’s Brain Health Conference – Wednesday, February 9 – Thursday, February 10
During Super Bowl week, join researchers, NFL athletes and health professionals for the first ever Black Men’s Brain Health conference. AARP is helping promote sessions about brain health led by the Alzheimer’s Association. Register HERE.*
