Curious on how to improve your daily life? Join us in La Jolla for a series of practical workshops

Small changes in our lives can often make a lasting impact and we’re connecting you to workshops to help you choose how you live as you age. Join us and the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center for in-person conversations about brain health, fraud prevention and decluttering.

All sessions will take place at the Astor Judaica Library in La Jolla (4126 Executive Drive, La Jolla, CA 92037). Proof of vaccination is required to attend.

Wondering how to keep your brain healthier than ever? Explore the six pillars of brain health and ways to keep your mind healthy in this workshop. You’ll learn about the latest research and gain new resources to apply to your own life.

Thursday, September 22 from 1-2 PM: Financial Scams and Fraud Prevention

Have you ever been approached with a fraudulent offer or been a victim of identity theft? This session will arm you with the latest data on fraud trends and provide you with tips to protect yourself and your family.

Thursday, October 27 from 1-2 PM: Downsizing and Decluttering

Feeling like you have too many belongings? This session will explore the reasons we hang onto certain things and offer tips to declutter your space and find peace of mind.
