Español  The City of National City and its partners, together with AARP of San Diego, invite you to join the "Westside Pedestrian & Bicycle Enhancements" Active Living Workshop. Active Living Workshops are designed to engage communities in making their streets and neighborhoods more walkable and livable.

The one-day event will involve both classroom-style sessions and a community walking audit:
•Learn about and provide feedback on proposed pedestrian and bicycle improvements for the Old Town (Westside) neighborhood.
• Participate in a brief “Walk Audit” to determine opportunities for pedestrian connections between Kimball Park and Paradise Creek Educational Park.
• Enjoy lunch and networking, followed by a debrief session and next steps.

WHEN: Friday, August 12th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
WHERE: Casa de Salud Youth Center, 1408 Harding Ave, National City, CA 91950
