To keep your heart healthy you need to listen to it. This Saturday, April 23, join AARP Los Angeles us at the KJLH Women's Health Forum, where we will be hosting Life Reimagined Checkups, free sessions designed to align your life with your dreams.
KJLH will be kicking off the Women’s Health Expo with a live radio broadcast hosted by Adai Lamar, with AARP’s Dionne Polite as a special guest, from 8am-10am. AARP will have a booth on the floor of the Expo to provide detailed information about Life Reimagined as well as to help guests register for the program. AARP will also host two breakout sessions with special guest speakers to engage participants in a discussion about discovering new possibilities in their lives. In addition to learning about Life Reimagined, Expo attendees will be treated to live entertainment, free giveaways, free massages, and many other exciting features!
