Enjoy These Logan Theatre Discounts in July

Bring your family, friends, and neighbors to two great theatre events in July, and enjoy AARP Utah discounts on your tickets!  We want to make sure you enjoy fun connecting events with us, so are offering these opportunities to AARP members and their guests.  Here are the details:

PLAY:  Peter and the Starcatcher

DATE:  Wednesday, July 11 at 7:30 pm

LOCATION:  Caine Lyric Theatre, 28 West Center Street, Logan, UT

DISCOUNT:  AARP will provide a $15 discount for all AARP members and one guest for the July 11th performance.  (Discounted tickets will be $20 for section one seating and $15 for section two seating.)

HOW TO ACCESS DISCOUNT:  Go online to www.lyricrep.org and use the promo code "15OFFPLAY" or visit the box office at 28 West Center Street and provide this code.

Peter and the Starcatcher is a  play based on the 2004 novel  Peter and the Starcatchers by  Dave Barry and  Ridley Pearson, adapted for the stage by  Rick Elice. The play provides a  backstory for the characters of  Peter Pan, Mrs Darling,  Tinker Bell and Hook, and serves as a  prequel to  J. M. Barrie's  Peter and Wendy.

 

PLAY:  The Secret Garden

DATE:  Thursday, July 19th at 7:30pm

LOCATION:  Ellen Eccles Theatre, 43 South Main Street, Logan, UT

DISCOUNT:  $26 off of $52 tickets

HOW TO ACCESS DISCOUNT:  AARP members and their guests can access the discount by visiting the theatre box office at 59 South 100 West in Logan, UT and giving the promo code, "Our Secret Garden" or by calling the box office at 1-800-262-0074 and providing this code.  A maintenance fee of $1.50 will be charged at the time of purchase.  Please note, the theatre is located at 43 South Main Street in Logan.

The Secret Garden is based on the book by Frances Hodgsen Burnett and is a tale of transformation and empowerment. Mary Lennox, a sickly and contrary little girl, is orphaned to dim prospects in a gloomy English manor - her only friend is a bed-ridden boy named Colin whose prospects may be dimmer than hers. But when Mary finds the key to a Secret Garden, the magical powers of transformation fall within her reach.
