Love is in the air this month. And on Feb. 6, it's in the theater here in Miami too. So is AARP's love, sex and relationship expert, Dr. Pepper Schwartz.
Register here to explore "Love & Relationships in the Movies ... and in our Lives" with Dr. Schwartz on Monday, Feb. 6. She'll be sharing stories and clips from her favorite movies about love, sex and relationships.
AARP in Miami is hosting this FREE* evening, which includes light refreshments, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Adrienne Arsht Performing Arts Center, Peacock Foundation Studio. *The event is FREE, but parking costs $8-$15.
Dr. Schwartz, a sociologist and sexologist, is the author and/or co-author of 22 books, including Better Sex: AARP's Guide to Sex After 50 and AARP Places for Passion. She also stars in the hit A&E docuseries, Married at First Sight, which is set in South Florida.
Dr. Schwartz’s mission is to improve the lives of people age-50+ by helping them enhance their relationships. She offers counsel on everything from sex and health issues to communication and dating in midlife and beyond.
Study after study has shown that sex is highly correlated to happiness and health — for adults of all ages. Why should aging make us give that up?
Dr. Schwartz and AARP's staff and volunteers in Miami hope to see you (with or without your Valentine) at this special event. Seats are limited, so RSVP here.
