Springfield -- As legislators meet for three days this week, AARP IL is urging lawmakers to do whatever it takes to expand the opportunity to allow Illinoisans to vote by mail.

AARP Illinois, on behalf of our 1.7 million members and all older Illinoisans sent Gov. JB Pritzker strong opposition to Illinois’ current Executive Orders granting immunity from civil liability for any injury or death alleged to have been caused by an act or omission related to COVID-19 for nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other long-term care (LTC) facilities.
