AARP Provides a Morning of Relaxation for Louisville Area Family Caregivers!

Are you currently caring for a family member?  Do you struggle to find balance between work, family and caregiving responsibilities?  Help is available!

Please join AARP Kentucky on Saturday, July, 9^th  for a morning of relaxation and education open to all family caregivers:

Feel free to drop in any time between 9 a.m. and 12:00 noon.

The event is at the Hilton Garden Inn – Louisville Airport on 2735 Crittenden Drive, Louisville, KY 40209.

You’ll be treated to:

• The Spa: access massages, screenings and yoga;

• The Exhibit Hall: chat with folks from organizations about their services;

• The Mix & Mingle Lounge: participate in table group discussions about issues that are important to family caregivers (Alzheimer's, PTSD, guardianship, etc.);

• The Auditorium: listen to presentations every 30 minutes on how to develop your caregiving plan.

Folks who visit all four areas will be eligible for a drawing.  You should be able to enjoy the entire experience in about an hour.
