Maryland features some world-class museums, theatre, zoos, as well as other cultural and sporting events. We're working with organizations statewide, from Oakland to Ocean City and places in between, to bring terrific offers on exciting cultural events to AARP members and their guests throughout 2019 and beyond!
The AARP Maryland state office, located in downtown Baltimore City, is currently looking for a few qualified volunteers to help out in a variety of capacities! Please see below for any opportunities you might be interested in.

Henry Kenney III is an AARP Maryland Communications Intern and graduate student at Georgetown University.
Kathy Siggins of Mt. Airy has been leading an effort to find a cure for Alzheimer's through the sale of stamps she helped to create. This specialty stamp is being sold with a portion of its proceeds going to Alzheimer's research at NIH. Kathy's mission to end Alzheimer's has come a long way, but it's far from over. And you can help.
AARP chapter president, Larry Walton of Ocean Pines in Worcester, MD was recently inducted into the Maryland Senior Citizen's Hall of Fame 2018 and was one of five recipients to receive the accompanying GERI award.
