AARP Eye Center
After a long, humid (and often soggy!) summer, many of us are eagerly anticipating fall’s cooler and crisper air, energizing colors, and savory meals.
Following nature’s cues and adaptations, we can enhance our own enjoyment during this transition season, embracing new ways to connect with our beautiful natural world.
Join AARP NH and naturalist environmental educator Kelly Dwyer from Nature Education Opportunities on October 12 at 6 pm. During this Zoom presentation, we will discuss and explore:
Numerous benefits nature offers us for calm, focus, and improved wellness.
- Easy and engaging techniques for your daily nature fix!
- Creative ideas to bring the natural world inside your home and workspace.
- Fun ideas to awaken your senses and increase overall wellbeing.
