Urban Nature Walk June 2025.png

When you think of connecting with the natural world, do you envision a day in the mountains or hiking along a forested trail? Well, nature is all around us, even in our busy urban environments!

Join Kelly Dwyer on June 20 (9:30-10:30 am) as we stroll through Manchester’s Stark Park (550 River Road) area. Along our easy route, we will explore the following:

  • Signs of spring and summer wildlife such as bird and mammal activity, trees and plants blooming, and pollinators buzzing about.
  • Mindful ways to engage with the natural world on a daily basis-right where you live!
  • Summer Solstice celebration ideas to welcome a vibrant second half of 2025.

Bring a picnic blanket and a packed lunch to enjoy this beautiful urban setting after our stroll!
