Calling all history fanatics!

NH State House Tour August 2024.jpg

The golden-domed NH State House in Concord is a treasure trove of unbelievable history, incredible stories, and fascinating facts to explore.

On August 28 (10 to 11:30 am), we invite you to walk through the halls of history on a special tour with the Director of the NH State House Visitors Center Virginia Drew. Virginia knows just about everything there is to know about the State House from when it was built to present day.

This is a perfect (and FREE!) event for history buffs and those aspiring to be one!

Before the tour, you’ll meet with AARP NH staff and volunteers to learn about priority advocacy issues that AARP is currently working on. This discussion will be led by AARP NH’s Associate State Director of Advocacy and Community Engagement Mike Padmore and will take place in the legendary Representatives Hall at the NH State House.

After the 30-minute discussion, the tour will last about an hour.

Space is limited and will fill quickly.
