Join certified yoga instructor Cathy Arnault and AARP New Hampshire for a soul-soothing, 60-minute Gentle Yoga session on November 5 at 5:30 PM—all from the cozy sanctuary of your own home via Zoom.
What to ExpectThis class is designed to meet you where you are—whether you're new to yoga or simply seeking a softer, more mindful practice.
- Begin with pranayama, a calming breathwork ritual to center your thoughts
- Ease into seated warm-ups, then gently transition to hands-and-knees movements
- Flow into standing postures that awaken and align
- Focus on the six movements of the spine, gentle joint rotations, and light stretching to build strength without strain
- End with a blissful 5-minute savasana—a restorative rest to absorb the benefits of your practice
What You’ll Need
- A computer or device with Zoom
- A yoga mat, small blanket, and water
- Optional: yoga blocks or a strap for added support
This is your practice—move in a way that feels nourishing and safe for your body. Cathy will guide you with care, but you’re always in charge of your own comfort.
