Join Kelly Dwyer online October 16 (6:30-7:30 pm) from Nature Education Opportunities for a dynamic and interactive workshop focused on:

· Impactful strategies to develop a positive mindset-for this season and life’s challenging “seasons”.

· Concrete tools to discover winter’s hidden joys and nourishing self-care rituals. Thrive this winter and greet spring feeling grounded and refreshed!

· Creating your personalized “Wintering Well” plan to welcome the change of seasons with energy, focus, and positive expectations.

Kelly Dwyer, founder of Nature Education Opportunities, is an award-winning environmental educator and certified NH elementary teacher. She has been creating and delivering engaging programming for audiences of all ages for over 15 years.

As a certified wellness coach, Kelly also brings a deep understanding of the numerous benefits of connecting with the natural world to reduce stress, improve health and embrace a more mindful approach to life and learning.
