When you think of connecting with the natural world, do you envision a day in the mountains or hiking along a forested trail? Well, nature is all around us, even in our busy urban environments!
Join Kelly Dwyer on Sept 12 (9:30-10:30 am) as we stroll through Dover beginning at 38 Fisher Street, which is the trailhead for the Community Trail. Along our easy route, we will explore the following:
- Signs of summer and fall wildlife such as bird and mammal activity, trees and plants blooming, and insects buzzing about.
- Mindful ways to engage with the natural world on a daily basis-right where you live!
- Bring a picnic blanket and a packed lunch to enjoy this beautiful urban setting after our stroll!
