November is National Family Caregivers Month, and AARP New Jersey honors the 1.08 million family caregivers in the state who provide unpaid care and support to their loved ones.
Need help? AARP offers many resources for caregivers, including a discussion group on Facebook and a family caregiving forum on AARP’s community website (community.aarp.org).
AARP’s caregiving resource line is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, at 877-333-5885 (English) and 888-971-2013 (Spanish).
