More than a third of Garden Staters are 50-plus, and to help keep them informed, AARP New Jersey is posting videos on its Facebook page. The series, called Your Life at 50+, is also on YouTube.
The videos feature interviews with legislators, financial and tax advisers, fraud experts, health insurance advisers and others. The online shows also preview upcoming events, inform members about AARP benefits, and give New Jerseyans a deeper look at the issues the state office is working on.
“This is an opportunity for the AARP state office to connect with our members in new, highly engaging ways on topics as varied as the members themselves,” said Jeff Abramo, AARP New Jersey communications director.
