Feel Good, Stay Sharp with 2 Virtual Series

Looking to elevate your mood and stay sharp?

These two virtual series in October will do the trick. Sign up for one or more of these free virtual sessions to engage all five senses and tap into your creativity.

Research shows cultural engagement and creative or arts-based programs benefit older adults in the following ways:

  • Life satisfaction.
  • Reduced cognitive decline and frailty.
  • Lower stress.
  • Reduced loneliness.

Join us for Nature’s Canvas: A Journey to Wellness. These engaging talks, led by naturalist and interpretive artist Danette Rushboldt in this four-part series, will guide you to connect with nature and tap into your creativity.

Thursdays at 6 p.m.

The 3 B’s of Music explores the transformative music of three greats: The Beatles, Beethoven and Bach. Join award-winning musician and musicologist Barry Wiesenfeld and delve into what makes their music so popular.

Tuesdays at 7 p.m.
