AARP Oregon will recognize best decorated bikes at the July 28 th North Portland Sunday Parkways. You can submit your bike for consideration on-site at Peninsula Park between 11am and 3pm. You must provide a valid email address for notification. Submissions can also be made via twitter using #bestbikepdx @aarpor.
Come by the AARP Booth at Peninsula Park to show off your bike or to vote for your favorite. Meet our mascot King Louie the Pomeranian and take a picture with His Royal Highness. Four final Best in Show bikes will be chosen by a panel of AARP volunteers and staff, three from on-site submissions and one via twitter. The Best in Show picks will receive one of the following:
- A pair of tickets to Cyclepedia at the Portland Art Museum
- A pair of tickets to the movie theater
- $15 Starbucks gift card
- Signed poster of King Louie and a surprise gift
Best in Show picks will be featured on our website at www.aarp.org/or on July 29th. Gifts must be claimed by Aug 5 th.
