AARP Eye Center
AARP Oregon is in your community. Our organization is more than just discounts and lobbying for older Americans. But, we realize that not everyone knows what we’re working on across the state, Eugene and Springfield. To allow the community a chance to get to know us better, AARP is coordinating a “community blitz,” in Eugene/Springfield on March 1-3, 2017.
Events include a coffee and donuts session where we’ll talk about proposed changes to Medicare and how AARP is working to protect it for current and future generations; an evening event for Caregivers and a retirement security breakfast forum for small businesses and managers. Residents can also check out the Fraud Watch event at the Campbell Community Center. AARP On-Tap is a “happy hour” with food and drink, and trivia. AARP will round out the week with a presentation at Eugene City Club about building communities for people of all ages. Click on the register links to join us for those events that interest you. We hope to see you.
