Are you wondering when to take your social security? How spousal benefits or Medicare works? AARP and experts from the Social Security Administration are here to help! Sign up for an engaging, free, and helpful information session designed to help you make the best decisions about starting your Social Security benefits.

Knowing your Social Security benefits is important, especially for those who are heading towards retirement. As Jim Czechowicz, from the Social Security Administration, states “The main reason Social Security was established 80 years ago was to help older Americans. For many older Americans, Social Security benefits are their only source of retirement income.”

As more boomers head towards retirement, more people will be using their social security benefits. According to the Social Security Administration, by 2033, the number of older Americans will increase from 46.6 million today to over 77 million. Will you know how to utilize your benefits?
