“Cooking Demonstration: Learn to Make Pan-seared fish with garlic butter sauce over creamy risotto”

Watch a live cooking demonstration by an expert chef from Salt Lake Culinary Foundation. Together we will be making pan-seared fish with garlic butter sauce over creamy risotto. You can watch along or buy the ingredients in advance and make the dish during the demonstration. Ingredient list will be provided in advance. This is a perfect recipe to make during the summer months and will add some flair to your summer BBQ.
