Get Active With Virgin Island Fitness Classes

Stretching out their legs and backs

AARP Virgin Islands offers opportunities to stay healthy and informed through virtual classes and other events.

Check out yoga classes on Thursdays at 9 a.m. AT and 45-minute Firm and Flow fitness classes on Tuesdays at 8:30 a.m. 

In March, listeners can tune in at 11 a.m. on Tuesdays to Conversations With AARP Virgin Islands, a program in which community leaders from agencies and other organizations discuss hot issues.

The classes and the talk show can be accessed on AARP Virgin Islands’ Facebook page and YouTube channel

Conversations With AARP Virgin Islands will be live on Facebook.com/wtjx and rebroadcast on the station’s TV Channel 12 (Fridays at 8:30 p.m. AT, Sundays at 2 p.m.). It also will be aired on the radio station WTJX-FM 93.1  (Saturdays at 11 a.m.).
