AARP Virginia State Office Volunteer Opportunity

AARP Virginia state office has worked to develop a new volunteer position for right here in our office. We are looking for volunteers who are able to come to the office at least one day a week to assist with our day-to-day administrative business under the official title State Office Administrative Volunteer. If you’ve always wanted to get a first-hand look at how we do what we do, this is your chance!

This position offers the opportunity to interact one-on-one with state office staff, help us stay organized, assist with data entry, ordering of publications and supplies, help with special projects, keep our event websites and registration sites up to date, and more!

We would like someone in the office at least one day a week from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. There may be need for more than one day a week, depending on the availability of the volunteer selected for the position. On days that you work, your lunch, mileage, and parking will be reimbursed.
