Active Aging – “Still Climbing, Not Over the Hill”
The local AARP Virginia Chapter #5335 is hosting an info session for people all over the Hanover and Ashland areas from 10 – 2:00 p.m. on October 17 th. This FREE event will promote smart strategies for healthy aging with topics including: Decluttering, Nutrition, Fitness demonstrations, and Alzheimer's disease.
This event will have free lunch provided, exhibits, door prizes and FLU shots (please bring insurance cards). While the event is free, space is limited so please RSVP!
