The registration fee includes all conference activities and the cost of lunch and refreshments. The post-conference session is priced separately and is not included in the conference registration fee.
Any organization registering three or more attendees is eligible for an additional discount
No shared registrations are permitted
CEUs are offered for the conference and post-conference session at a rate of $15 each day

Exhibitors
Stop by the conference exhibits and learn more about services and resources available for caregivers, older adults, and those who work with them.
A limited number of exhibitor spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To register, complete and return the exhibitor application by April 22, 2017.
Silent Auction
To raise funds for conference scholarships, a silent auction will be held throughout the day. The auction features items generously provided by Consortium on Aging members and local businesses.
Post-Conference Session: Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia Care Seminar
This one-day Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Seminar developed by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners provides evidence-based techniques, strategies and information on dementia and dementia care. For those interested in becoming a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner, it meets one of the requirements for certification. Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)
Persons attending the entire June 6 conference and who meet the requirements for CEU’s can earn .5 CEU credits from Lynchburg College. The fee is an additional $15.
